For Returns: Please contact Sandy to discuss the return of a new/unopened, product. We do not accept opened or used items for return, as our products are affordable personal care items that cannot be resold once used.
Refunds and exchanges DO NOT include return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. This means that the customer will bear the cost of shipping the new/unopened returned item, and we will refund the cost of the item - minus original shipping.
